The service is pitiful, the food is not fresh, a real shame for franchises.
The last time I went to this restaurant, I forgot the first item I ordered. I don't typically leave reviews for chain restaurants like this one because there is nothing particularly special about them. The only thing that sets them apart is the service. On that day, the server made an effort to confirm my order each time and I had to remind them to include it on my bill. So, it's just your typical chain restaurant experience.
Good food and service but the tables lack a little cleanliness.
Waiting 45 minutes for a timatin on bagel.... And not even fucking doing it right. A completely dry bagel (no mayonnaise, or even butter) and the cheese was missing. In short, it ended up in the trash.
