Everything seemed to be microwaved, including the hash browns. If you're in search of a nice breakfast, I recommend looking elsewhere! It’s simply not worth the money. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the staff barely communicated with each other or the customers. There were no smiles or friendly greetings at the counter. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

T... read more The acai bowls were overly runny, almost like water. Instead of returning both bowls when the counter was busy, I did the right thing and called someone over. They made two new bowls, which improved the consistency slightly, but they were still too runny, and the muesli on top tasted stale. The manager and the young staff member didn’t seem happy and didn’t smile when we asked for a refund. If you’re looking for a good acai bowl, this isn't the place to go. Service: Dine in.

I feel compelled to share my p... read more I'm currently at Rustiks, enjoying a delicious bacon and egg sandwich while reading an unfair review on Google for the same dish. I feel compelled to share my perspective. My sandwich is perfectly toasted, the egg is just the right consistency—not too hard and not too soft, the bacon is generous and tasty, and the sauce is just as I requested. The side salad is delightful and adds extra value to this reasonably priced snack. The staff are wonderful, and the coffee is brewed to perfection. I'll definitely be coming back! I feel bad for the person who left a negative review; they must have had a rough day! I meant to share a photo of my sandwich, but something happened to it!
