I really enjoy bin4—it's my usual spot. I've only had a few disappointing experiences with new, inexperienced staff over the years I've been dining here. This location, along with the one in Langford, has a dedicated fryer for gluten-free options. Plus, the online menu includes a filter to easily identify gluten-free, dairy-free, and keto-friendly dishes. View all feedback.
What Douglas Tromp doesn't like about Bin 4 Burger Lounge:
I called and the staff member was knowledgeable about their gluten free protocols so I felt confident ordering. I got the Mr. bean burger (they checked and it does use GF quinoa) and it was delicious. However, on my side salad, the cucumbers had some type of spread on them that should not have been there. It looked like they had been scrapped off of something. Could they have been pulled off of someone else’s burger?... View all feedback.
Great food and great drinks! Feel very safe ordering here, the staff are all aware of celiac gluten “allergy”, kitchen takes all necessary precautions to prevent CC. I eat here often and definitely recommend!
Service was before place, eating was perfect what they need?
We visit regularly, and the main issue we've consistently encountered is that the food is not served hot enough. Diners shouldn't have to wait idly for their meals to arrive. It's essential for all staff members to take responsibility for food delivery. Even if you indicate that nothing is needed, there should be no delay in payment processing. At this time, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
The food and service were excellent! The server and all the staff were very friendly and efficient.
Fantastic food and excellent service! They even offer gluten-free buns for their burgers!
