Ventura's Tamales - Victoria

This restaurant is my go-to spot for Mexican food in Victoria. The food is always delicious, the service is impeccable, and if you come early, it's not too noisy.

I returned to the restaurant for their shrimp night special, which includes two shrimp. I was surprised to find that they charge extra for lettuce and tomato, and most dishes do not come with tortillas. However, some dishes do include them.

I really enjoy the convenience of the drive-through at this restaurant. Although I found the tacos to be a bit lacking in flavor, I plan on giving the tamales a try next time since they are known for being their specialty.
