I bought a boudin ball with jalapenos and one with cream cheese. these balls were each sampled about half a pound. could use a little less rice and more meat. Very good. I also buy half a pound and will put this weekend into the scrub. Honestly, I had never tried or thought about trying boudin until I sampled some of theirs. Hands down, some of the BEST food I've ever put in my mouth! These guys are killing it and I hope they go far with Swamp Meat. Once you try it, you’re addicted. Trust me...

Awesome !!!! Best boudin balls . Also picked up a couple of links of sausage to throw on the pit . They were out of jalapeno garlic so I got pork and hot pork sausage . MMMMMMM !!! delicious . Will be back real soon .
Everything was great. The potatoes meat loaf beans and cornbread were awesome. The boys at the drive thru were super friendly..
