Pizza Hut Express - Victoria

I had a wonderful experience with Pizza Hut pizza! As far as chain pizza goes, it was impressive. The pepperoni was delicious and crispy, and the green peppers were fresh and full of flavor. We also tried a stuffed crust pizza, which had wonderfully creamy and perfectly melted cheese. Both pizzas and the breadsticks arrived hot. Our driver, David M, was polite and spoke highly of his teammates and leaders when I inquired about the excellent quality of the food. I will definitely order from them again!

The staff at this Pizza Hut are always friendly and respectful, no matter whether I dine in or take out. The pizza is consistently ready on time and tastes absolutely delicious! I also appreciate the contactless curbside pickup option they offer. Thank you for consistently making the best stuffed crust pizza! I'm truly grateful.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. No one offers you drinks or utensils, and when you do ask for drinks, the cashier acts annoyed. Additionally, another staff member was completely distracted, wearing both headphones and holding her phone.

I'll wait half an hour for dinner during dinner. No refill service. They told us they were working on supplies first. We won't drink and the bartender was very strange with us and then when the food came only half the table got her food.

So me an my squadron pulled up on a Sunday night (approximately 9:00) we walked in and never got greeted, so we sat down and we were there for 30 minutes and no one even took our drink order. Multiple workers passed by and didn't even glance at us. Shittiest customer service I've ever seen.
