We absolutely love Moo Moo's chicken! While I wouldn’t say the staff are the friendliest, they’re definitely not the worst. They always seem to be incredibly busy and sometimes a bit rushed. I highly recommend giving them a try. Although I’m not usually a fan of fried chicken—not even my own—I can't get enough of Moo Moo's fried chicken. The batter is light and flavorful, and oh man, it is so delicious! View all feedback.

I went to Moo Moo on Main Street, knowing the dining room was closed, but I expected the counter to be open. However, when I walked in wearing a mask, an employee rudely sent me back outside. I have always enjoyed Chicken Gizzards from Moo Moo's, even driving across town when they only had one drive-in on Moody Street. However, my recent visit to their location on Ben Jordan Street left me disappointed. The gizzards were served cold, the gravy tasted like cardboard, and had a thin, watery consistency that lacked flavor. To make matters worse, it spilled all over the tray. The chicken livers were stuck together, appearing to have been hastily thrown into flour and deep-fried, resulting in a slightly burnt finish. The chicken nuggets were entirely flavorless. I understand that businesses are trying to cut costs due to the impact of COVID-19, but sacrificing food quality can drive customers away. Unfortunately, I will no longer be visiting, whereas I used to go two to three times a week. On a positive note, the Coke and ice were refreshing.
