Charming deli in a picturesque town. Since we had dogs with us, we couldn’t dine inside. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the lunch special, which was a delicious broccoli soup paired with half an Italian po' boy. My sister loved her turkey Reuben as well—absolutely delightful! View all feedback.
Food is really good! It's pretty much all healthy food! It's awsome antique spot! It's been thier 140 years!
This place is awesome! Loved the food!! Our waitress was especially nice. The amazing history of the deli is so interesting. Victoria is such a beautiful town.
First time trying the king ranch chicken and it was delicious! I highly recommend it!
Step back in time to great eats and good service. Texas Historical Marker aside, the metal horse rings on the sidewalk will tell you this place has been around. The Cheesy potato soup was just like I imagined an old chuck wagon cook would serve you, after a long cattle drive. The story about the Italian immigrant starting this, the oldest delicatessen in Texas , would not be as believable, till you taste their spaghetti and meat sauce. MAMMA MIA that 's Texas Italian. My accent changed and my mustache curl up. What an experience thanks to Cindy our attentive server.
This beautiful gem is the Oldest Delicatessen in Texas! Home made lunches, family recipes, sandwiches and desserts! A must see and stop!!
