Sherwood - Victoria

I suggested trying the London Fog, and I would recommend it! However, the breakfast sandwich was a bit lacking in flavor. On a positive note, your homemade ketchup was fantastic!

I had a wonderful experience at Sherwood with my girlfriend. I really appreciate her vibrant and contemporary style. It's a perfect spot for a date night or to unwind with drinks after work.

This is one of the coolest places to meet in Victoria. The atmosphere is simply fantastic. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the coffee drinks are excellent. Don’t forget to try the Ted Lasso bread! The cocktails are spot on as well. I especially love the sunny terrace!

Came in expecting decent farewell, remained wildly surprised. We shared commands of ribs, pork chops and pommes. All three came out perfectly. (The food came out staggered so that the pork chop is not in the attached photo)

I feel the need to shout this from the roof tops!!! This was an excellent meal with excellent service. I can?t believe I spend as much time as I do in Victoria, with parents who live here and I didn?t know about Sherwood until today. I met a friend here for coffee and was so happy to see that they offer coconut milk. The last of the plant based milks that are offered at coffee shops. I took a peek at the dinner menu and talked my dad into trying it out for dinner (my last meal with him before I fly out). First of all we had THE best waitress/server!! Ally was bubbly, informative, and attentive. She knew the menu, made amazing suggestions and took the time to get to know us. It?s suggested that the plates are for sharing so that?s exactly what we did. Cauliflower steak, sardines, beetroot salad and mushroom calamari. Fresh, delicious, inventive and beautiful. Cocktails were amazing as well. I had the humble bee and asked for it to be less sweet than normal. The bartender personally came over and made sure that I didn?t need anymore locally sourced honey. The 4 ingredients were all grown within 4km of the restaurant. Fabulous!!! Victoria needs more creative, inspired restaurants like this one. I will be back for sure.
