Customers appreciate the variety of drink options and the cozy atmosphere, but some find the coffee lacking compared to nearby competitors. The staff is praised for their friendliness and good service, making it a popular spot for meetings and study groups. Overall, Serious Coffee provides a convenient and comfortable space for coffee enthusiasts to enjoy a beverage in the Esquimalt neighborhood.
This is a fairly standard coffee spot if they are desperate and need a break from base coffee. I'm coming to the dark roast, but only in the morning, because after the original pot they don't seem to drink fresh coffee. several paintings. I had lured almost warm coffee on the afternoon. I find the prices that are too expensive for what they get. quality is not the biggest. I also bought a travel cup from here for a robbery $20 that almost broke immediately. the problem with travel is that their options are limited when they need a refund for something. I would prefer to dieucks or mcdonalds coffee.
I love Serious Coffee's range of drinks, especially the option of a caffeine free Chai Latte. This location has lots of tables and lots of space, making it a good place to meet friends. The on-site parking and location close to Esquimalt Rec is also...great. My favorite place to grab a coffee or tea in Esquimalt!

I often meet people for various personal and business reasons at the Esquimalt Serious Coffee. This one is the same as the rest of the coffee chain when it comes to good, professional, quick customer service. The prices are not cheap, but quality comes at a price. Cheap and still good is not how the universe functions. There is free WIFI, magazines, newspapers to keep one occupied. The interior is spacious enough to give everyone room, but not so spacious that you feel like being lost in a warehouse. The eating area, washrooms are clean and well stocked with supplies. Being located inside the Esquimalt Plaza strip mall, also makes it a convenient location near other retail, medical, postal, banking, services.
Starbucks Not great, not awfulEvery pastry in their case is mummified in plastic.
