This is one of my favorite spots for coffee, lunch, or a snack in Oak Bay! They serve fantastic Americanos, and I really appreciate that they offer Splenda along with various milk alternatives. The food is amazing—I'm especially a fan of their pesto grilled cheese panini and samosa bombs. I've never ordered any of their cakes, but they look beautiful! View all feedback.

I enjoy the delicious food here, but I’ve recently been let down by the customer service. Having worked in the food industry for years, I've always been taught to show appreciation for customers and strive to meet their needs. I make a conscious effort to be kind and gracious when I visit, understanding how challenging things can get, especially during busy times. Unfortunately, I haven't felt the same warmth or appr... Super! Eat quickly came out, polite customer service, they make their own chocolate sauce to use in the mochas, and gave my doggie a big cookie! delicious!
Friendly, quaint cafe, has non dairy wheat free options with sweet and savory treats, and options for breakfast lunch availability .london fog was delicious.
The cakes are deliciouswould give five stars, but the web info and updated not same when in store. they also don't make special requests and for a big heavy dense cake that we bought father for birthday should have a more sturdy box and have at least one candle to provide
The only thing a can mention is that I know someone who didn’t like working here at all. It was bad management. Food is excellent and without peer in area.
We used to visit this place pre-Covid and had great experiences. Today we dropped by and ordered a panini off the fresh list and a three cheese toasted sandwich. This is no longer an eat in restaurant so we ate at tables outside. With two coffees the total price was $30+. Not cheap! More than I would have expected but then there were no prices on the fresh list or on the menu on the wall. You’re flying blind until you get the bill. The sandwiches were flavourful but very light on filling. The bread quality is good which is a good thing because you’re not getting much else. The coffee was ok. Really disappointed. After we had eaten we went to the Old Farm Market across the road to buy vegetables. Wow! They had a great array of sandwiches and other food to go and at very reasonable prices. Lesson learned, we’ll be eating there next time.
