The first time I ate Poutine was in the old port of Montreal in 2014. It was my goal to eat it again when I went back to Canada last month. It was difficult to find a tasty until I found Poutine66 at...Victoria, B.C. The place is modest, but the taste is only hhhmmmmmmm... In town for a day trip, bought the Groupon for this place. Honestly, it felt skeevy all around. Staff were uninterested in any semblance of customer service. Then, since we had to bump up our order by $5 to spend the $20 value, we added a caesar salad that we found out was $10 for a tiny container of iceberg lettuce and bottled dressing, packaged croutons, and pre-grated cheese? Poutine was delish though! PS Next to... View all feedback.

The poutine was fantastic! The place needs a little work but the food and service was great! Definitely will go back next time we visit Victoria.

read moreFormerly known to locals as a Palagio Pizza location, this spot has since been rebranded after promoting through a group buying website. They now offer a variety of dishes including wings, poutine, and pizza. The clientele is described as a younger, grungy crowd. While some reviewers found the poutine to be solid but not exceptional, others enjoyed the traditional Canadian comfort food offerings. The portion sizes were noted as modest, but the food quality received mixed reviews. Overall, this seems like a decent, neighborhood spot for a casual meal. Service has been reported as courteous but not overly friendly.
