Wonderful. The garlic bread with cheese and pizza are delicious

Dealt with a young man on the phone by the name of Solomon. He was the Nicest guy I've ever spoken to over the phone in my entire life. Solomon opened my eyes up to new boundaries in regards to ordering pizza over the phone. I feel as if the Oakbay Pizza Hut has truly revolutionized my life for the better and it's all thanks to Solomon. Thank you so much Solomon. and also for whoever is running this place please give Solomon a raise of at least two dollars.

We ordered for delivery and in the request i asked if they can make a heart shapped mini pizza for my 4yr old. And they actually made her a heart shapped pizza which obviously made her very happy. And it was delivered in less than 30 mins which was an added bonus.

Excellent customer service! Rachelle (I believe that's her name) went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. This was the best experience I've had at any Pizza Hut. Thank you very much!

I arrived to pick up my pizza, but the staff continued working without acknowledging me for about 10 minutes. Eventually, one employee made eye contact and retrieved my order from the glass warmer. They might benefit from hiring more staff or improving their customer service training.
