McDonald's - Victoria

Every year, the food and ice cream portions at this restaurant seem to be shrinking. When I mentioned it to the manager, he replied rudely without any respect, saying, "Pay more".

I just got one thing to say Ive never been to a McDonald’s when the ice cream machine actually works. This past summer I went to this McDonald’s and it actually was working so I just want to say thank you for letting me try ice cream at a McDonald’s. The McFlurry at McDonald’s was pretty good just like a blizzard and had M&M so that’s why it’s a 10/10 in my book. If your deciding where to get some ice cream ether McDonalds or DQ both insane but when that ice cream machine is working like the one in Langford this is prolly the best McDonalds in Victoria trust. My favourite McDonald’s also the fries were really hot which made the experience insane.

Once again, another McDonald's that doesn't check the bags when packing. Once again missing food. And once again, questioned by staff as though we are lying about it missing. It's not a huge miss. Was only 6 piece chicken nuggets and they were still sitting in the bagging area, but we spend over 100.00 each time we go there as we have a large family, and we can only go as a treat once in a while. They even put the receipt on the bag. We check every time, and it's a 90% chance something is missing or the order is wrong. I realize our order is a large one. We've even ordered ahead to make it easier to prepare and still missing items. I got home to find out that we ordered and paid for a double quarter pound blt meal, yet it only had one patty but was in a double box. Please Please Please McDonald's do better. We are already stressed at the end of a long workday in town and looking forward to a long drive home to hungry children . Its a good thing we check or someone gets left out and it's 20 minutes to the closest mcdonalds. We shouldn't have to check orders in the drive thru, but when the order is wrong, we have to go in anyways, so there's no point in going thru the drive thru. No offers like years ago for a free meal or even a coffee when it happens . Where did your customer service go?

This McDonalds in Langford is great! Most of the time the staff are friendly, the food is correct as to what you've ordered and the inside typically clean! Drive thru is thorough and usually quick!Plenty of parking in this lot that is free at the time of this review, kid friendly of course and wheelchair accessible!

I have a feeling McDonald's needs to update some of their machines cuz it's universally getting worse, but the staff at this location are always fantastic
