Masters Lounge Westin Bear Mountain Resort

My boyfriend and I came here for Valentine’s dinner and were extremely disappointed. Their normal dining area was under construction, so we were basically put in a hallway next to the ballroom to dine. The food was not good we ended up pushing food around our plates at every course. Even the dessert went untouched…and I have a huge sweet tooth! On top of that, it was a meal the most we have payed for a dinner in the Victoria area so far! I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but my boyfriend and I left very upset that we spent our money here. I’m hoping that this was a blip for them, but I would advise dining elsewhere.

Good service , delicious food. For Valentine’s Day could be more romantic details.

The food and the service were excellent, we were not impressed by eating in the flur the music was loud and inappropriate, and the lights flickering from dimm to extremely bright

The resort is going through renovations and they are affecting the dining experience at Bear Mountain. Tables are really spread out for Covid but not staffed adequately for that. The staff was trying their best but service was compromised due to the area they were trying to manage. Food and drinkes were excellent and once tables cleared out, we did receive superb service.

Food was better at dinner. We were there for lunch and not great.
