What User doesn't like about Foo Ramen Bar:
I've been here a few times, with mixed results. Decided to take my Japanese friend here recently, and we both left disappointed. Having lived in Japan myself, certain ramen fundamentals that need to be adhered to. The noodle must NOT be overlooked to the point of mushy, and the broth must be served piping hot. Foo failed on both counts this last visit. And the miso broth lacked depth and richness I come to expect fro... View all feedback. What User likes about Foo Ramen Bar:
The tuna tataki is like no other I have ever had, the mix of flavours is like a party in your mouth!!! I have introduced this dish to all my work colleagues and it is now our go to lunch!!! Oh and feeling you are feeling a little hungrier than usual try the edamame pot stickers, I have never tasted anything like them!!! Great food, great service one of Victoria's best hidden gems, never had a bad meal. View all feedback.

read moreOverall, Foo Ramen offers a mix of experiences for diners. Some rave about the unique dishes like the truffled edamame pot stickers and tuna tataki rice bowl, while others find the ramen lacking in authenticity and quality. The pork belly stands out as a favorite, but there are some drawbacks like inconsistent food quality and small portion sizes. Despite seating limitations, prices are reasonable with generous servings. Service is generally good, although some have noted issues with certain menu items. Foo Ramen seems to cater more towards a quick lunch or takeout option, rather than a full dining experience.
