What Briar Tempest doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
It was supposed to open at 7 AM today so I ordered online for pickup at 7:15. When I arrived it was clearly still closed and no one was even there to open, let alone serve me. I knocked and hung around for a few minutes but nothing happened. Now I don’t have my smoothie or my 10 dollars. View all feedback.

1 worker was in the middle of making the 2 smoothies I ordered. There were 3 other workers(including the manager, Keirston) in the back. In the midst of making my order the 1 worker had to put down my half made smoothies to assist with a new customer 's order. When the 1 worker came back to finish my order I asked are you the only one working? . Keisrton overheard my conversation and went on a rampage, ranting how she was in control of her workers and I was not welcomed to enter the store ever again! I left without the smoothies and feel a manager trainer session is necessary for Kiersten, about treating customers(people) with respect.
Great smoothies, very friendly and inviting staff, would recommend to others
I've been into smoothies lately. Fast service. Really though the loud 90s music..
