What User likes about Mccracken Country Club:
The buffet was excellent, and we all indulged a bit too much. Sam's service was outstanding; you can tell he takes great pride in his work. On the other hand, Bec could learn a thing or two from him. Her manner towards us was quite rude, and I believe such matters should be addressed among the staff before they interact with guests. Perhaps customer service isn't the right fit for her. I had a pleasant stay, and while some of the young staff members were genuinely attentive and provided excellent service, others fell short of that standard. I found the ambiance of the dining area a bit dull and uninviting, which prompted me to place my order instead. Overall, it was a great value, especially with the reasonably priced house wine.
