Chandeleur 2023 visiting Vichy and its Patisseries next to the Lycée les Celestins after a jogging Tour on the sides of the River Alliers. A little promenade towards the Saint Blaise Church and time to enjoy a pancake so called Crepe as per the Chandeleur traditions.
