We dropped in for lunch, hoping for a genuine Italian meal, at this unobtrusive, relatively out-of-the-way ristorante. It seemed to be a quiet day, with only one other table occupied – but the service was very slow and quite indifferent. We had to ask for pepper/salt/oil and grated parmesan for the pastas – probably a first for Italy! There was no menu, with 6-8 pasta options being explained to us. The drinks list wa...
