Restaurant Le Tivoli - Vic-en-Bigorre

Good eating cheap beautiful decoration, but more personal needed on a busy lunchtime, but still worth a visit

Beautiful, warm restaurant. excellent interior design in comfortable French restaurant style. we were served by a friendly waitress who took our very limited French in this stride and offered English menus. the available food gave excellent choices. we shared a chicken salad, followed by...comfit duck and fish main dishes. the food was well presented and delicious. our meal was very good and one of the highlights of our stay in vic en bigorre recommended.

Local friends brought me here while visiting Vic-en-Bigorre. The owners are lovely and warm, with two big old dogs lazing about to add a touch of hominess to this fine provincial restaurant. The food is superb! Classic regional fare with a touch of ingenuity. The...Magret de Canard (duck steak) is definitely the star of the show, but everything I've tried (beef, veal, lamb) has been exceptional.

In the central place, near from the market, this hotel has a good reputation. At the restaurant we enjoyed a great menu for lunch, variety, quantity and quality. If you went to Vic this is your place.

An excellent three course lunch, good food, well prepared and good value. Popular with residents but we dropped in as we stopped in town. Looks more expensive than it was. Choose the menu-de jour, salads, meat dish lovely, pate starter was so good we had...to keep some for later
