The village of Vibonati is, in my opinion, highly underrated and should be rediscovered and properly publicized. Paisà is perfectly suited to this setting, both for its setting and for its dishes, which are reminiscent of grandmother 's cooking (and my grandmother was a wonderful cook). I will definitely be back; it was an extremely positive experience at a reasonable price.

Bruschetta, chingiale pasta, red wine, sausage with potatoes and vegetables – all sensationally good! The service was very good despite the restaurant being overcrowded!
