No smile, no friendliness, no politeness formula, and don't even talk about the mask that is worn under the nose, see at the level of the chin.. So yes their ice creams are excellent and fortunately. When the waffles were frozen, and my sister's product was barely defrosted.. she was very cold inside. Mine was barely hot.
