A contemporary cuisine restaurant in Mezzocamino. It offers refined and innovative dishes. We took the 6-course menu, all excellent, with beautiful presentation and particular flavours. The service was very kind and attentive, the prices are adequate for the level of the dishes and the place, worth trying if you are in the Eur area. What Angy I doesn't like about Metis:
Room with open kitchen, finely furnished. Disappointing and slow service; you can't leave a full room to just one person serving the dishes. Very limited wine list. Raw materials processed of excellent quality but the combinations were unsuccessful; you can see a technique that is still being studied and the growth of the chef's experience. I am a regular visitor to this gourmet restaurant. The restaurant exudes an incredibly relaxing atmosphere, with the open kitchen allowing you to observe the talented chef at work as he prepares the dishes with mastery, being able to steal new culinary techniques with his eyes. One of the most fascinating aspects of this place is the ability to reinterpret high quality traditional raw materials in an appealing way. Thanks to the chef, I had the opportunity to rediscover dishes that I didn't love before, but which here are true gastronomic masterpieces. Among my favourites, there are the gyoza scampi, foie gras and truffle, a fantastic combination of flavours. Even the classic stew here reaches extraordinary levels. I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of good food and fine cuisine. Each visit is a sensorial journey that leaves an unforgettable impression on the memory and palate. Prices are currently still an excellent compromise given the quality of the materials. Modern restaurant with open kitchen, tastefully furnished. The tasting menu proved to be decidedly interesting, a sequence of unusual and particular combinations culminating in delicious desserts... the experience was excellent also due to the great commitment and professionalism of the chef Fabio and the restaurant manager Francesco who do everything to put the customer at ease Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
