This evening I wanted pizza and I relied on this pizzeria, delicious dough, fresh ingredients. I had a gourmet pizza (Pistachio chic) which was nothing short of spectacular. It deserves all 5 stars. What Irene Melfi doesn't like about Pizzeria Da à:
Very good pizza. On the other hand, terrible service, pizza always late, often on the phone you have to repeat things 3 times and when asked the price is different from the one communicated once the pizza arrives. It would be a good idea to avoid charging more since the error comes from them (it has already happened twice. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.

Let me start by saying that I believe that pizza should be an occasion for joy, not for growing discontent and nervousness. At 7pm I order two pizzas. Aware that it is Saturday I ask if they do home delivery and whether the times provided are reliable or not they tell me for 8.30pm, max max 8.45pm . I was hoping sooner but I say ok after all, on a Saturday, in fact, there are many requests and it fits. After 9pm I call and am told that the pizzas are in the oven. Well! Ok we're late, but whatever, come on! I think naively. At 9.30pm I call back and they tell me that they can now see where the pizzas are ??? How, where are they? . They tell me they are leaving now, therefore, they were in the oven at 9pm and they leave the pizzeria at 9.30pm. At 9.45pm I call back, because being 3 minutes away from them, it seems even more strange. The pizzas arrive at 9.50pm, inedible! Alas, seeing me nervous, my partner came down to get them, leaving me with the little girl, otherwise I would never have accepted them. Very cold pizzas and I believe you! You cooked them 50 minutes before! and without a shred of basil. I don't think this is to be attributed to the delivery guys, but to a basic disorganization which, out of respect for the customer, would do better to eliminate the wording HOME SERVICE, also having the courage to get paid for bringing the almost frozen pizzas.
