From the chef to the food this family run trattoria and pizzeria is exceptional. Whether a tourist or local this is a must hit for anyone not only in Tuscania but all of Italy. The menu is a perfect twist of Tuscan delicacies and Roman tradition with an added unique signature by the chef. Besides a very accommodating staff with a great personality do not be surprised if the Chef, Mauro, comes out for a couple laughs to check on his work. Nonetheless, exceptional experience. Prosciutto, mozzarella, Amatriciana, steak and desert was all flawless. Air conditioned and heated with outdoor seating as well.
