The taste, the beauty of the dishes were amazing. The members of staff were very welcoming and smiling at all time, however it would have been better on this side. It was announced to us with each dish that a colleague would come to explain the dish to us before or after the tasting (we have had these 2 announcements), but no one ever came. I also asked when we arrived for confirmation that there was not an ingredient to which I am allergic and I had to ask a second time when the dish arrived because the waiter had not provided me with the answer. So little lack on this side, but nothing serious because we had a great time and we enjoyed the flavors of each dish. The view from the terrace was also stunning and we would come back with a great happiness.

The dining room is magnificent, the tables are oriented towards the kitchen. The appetizers arrive and already there, we feel that we are going to leave for an extraordinary playful and explosive culinary journey. The dishes follow one another and each of them is a surprising discovery. New flavors and tastes awaken our taste buds. Each dish has a story and a very particular name. Chef Conte is omnipresent in the dining room and the service team coaches us brilliantly. The service is very relaxed but extremely professional. The wine list is very varied both in terms of origin and price; there is something for everyone and at all prices, which is highly appreciable. The price of such a menu may seem high but it’s in line with what we were able to experience and discover during this evening. The 3rd star is certainly not far away. We will come back, for sure!!!

Two good times: lunch Wednesday and dinner Thursday. Nice atmosphere, attentive staff and riot. References: the carrot which is a very large wound and pineapple Pre dessert. excellent ideas like sorbet with cheese. The kitchen is inventive and in the sense of greed. All with a splendid view of the lake. Formally a must-see address of the Region.

We spent 1 night and took advantage of a 5-course surprise menu accompanied by a glass of wine for each of the dishes. Great reception, beautiful house, aperitif on terrace, surprises and flavors for each plate. We chose the 5-course menu by saying that if we had a small room, we would take cheese. But we were more than satisfied. The dessert was perfect. Congratulations to the staff, who made us feel at home.
