2nd time, superb setting, beautiful view of the valley, calm, lounge, beautiful house menu and Chef's specialties: Her dishes enchant well-known ingredients, revisiting them or representing them in a generous and elegant way. Each flavor breaks down on the palate and the textures are appreciated with each bite. 9 minutes by car from Sion it is a delightful mini gastronomic change of scenery. Nice restaurant in a very good location. Great view from the terrace. You can seat in a garden as well. Tasty food with scallops to be Chef’s favourite. List of wine could have been longer.
