I have reserved a table 3 weeks before my husband's birthday.2 days prior the date they called me and informed that there will be a big group in the restaurant and we will be sitting not in this restaurant, but in the different place brassiere La Veranda, although the menu of the Les Saisons will be available for us. What a generous gesture... They don't care about their guests satisfaction, they are interested only in money. Just not acceptable for the restaurant with 1* in the Michelin Guide and rated 16/20 in the Gault Millau Guide.
Great place, 4 course menu is more than enough, as it converts into 8 including all compliments. Pigeon is the best choice, great taste, wonderful! Turbo was not that as expected, too much radish, however the combination is very interesting. Foie gras with celery also nice pair, something unexpected, new great taste, however I thought about warm foie gras, not cold pate. Overall great place, balanced interior as expected in Michelin restaurant. Highly recommend!
