Excellent quality sushi and presentation, in a friendly and cozy environment. I enjoyed the handrolls and Hamachi, which are both hard to find in Switzerland. The menu is sushi focused, but they are flexible. We needed a vegetarian only option for one of us, and the staff was very helpful in accommodating this even though it is not on the menu. Pricey, but in balance with the quality. View all feedback.
What Sven G doesn't like about Ichioshi:
Saw the ratngs and had to try it, but was quite disappointed. Very expensive and quality wasn't very high. Chirashi with tuna and one with salmon. Salmon and tuna were on a Coop/Migros Sushi Level... Rice was a bit undercooked. Nigiri rice felt slightly better, but the fish was the same. Just the beef sticks were great. View all feedback.
Nothing special about the sushi, not at that price. Rice was overcooked and not all the fish was fresh. You can have the same quality at a local train station takeaway at one third of the price.
Best sushis I ever had. Classy restaurant, professional staff.
Very friendly and chit-chat-lover waiters, esp with the royal customers ... so the services were pretty The sushi ans sasemi was so so
Best sushi in vevey by far, great service and the decoration is so cozy. Loved it! perfect for a double date or a date, acoustic is very nice.
Stands out so very beautifully. While there are sushi places a dime a dozen nowadays even some with really fresh sea food there are a handful who can distinguish themselves. Just a small twist here and there like mushrooms in the miso soup or a speculoos base on the cheese cake add that uniqueness. overall the approach elevates a good meal to a great one.
