I come here often, and the food is good.The wings are the best.

I ordered a bun less burger ... there was no option for grilled onions so i chose fried onions and immediately after called the establishment to make sure it was grilled instead ... after being given a hard time to correct the issue the young girl stated twice that grilled onions would be on the burger. I received my order with FRIED onions and none of the sauce that was asked for. I go to the restaurant to have it corrected . The young girl calls the manager and tells him “this lady says her order was wrong but she didn’t put anything in the memos” . Which infuriated me because when I called and spoke with her twice( because it took her some time to understand the difference between fried and grilled) she stated it would be grilled . After waiting about ten minutes she calls me over for me to check my new order , the bun less burger that I originally ordered was not there but a burger with the bread lol . Will never return, please teach your workers better.

Their wings and burgers are actually pretty solid BUT I can't give it more stars because there's always something wrong with my order. Wrong flavor or missing Items. I've tried this place 3x now because I do love their food but wish they can get it together.

The food is pretty decent, really does depend on the time you arrive or place your order. Night shift is very lazy and fast, meanwhile day shift is consistent with food and ambiance feels better during the day as well. You'll likely to get an answer when calling in during the day as well.

Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE here WNB factory! The Staffs are very welcoming and the food is magnificent!!! Smoothies are my favorite drinks and also if your not a smoothie person you can never go wrong with some peach drink or sweet tea. I eat here three to four times a week for lunch and it's worth every penny!!
