Papa Johns Pizza - Vestavia Hills

Ordered 2 large specialty pizzas the works and the meats. Both pizzas came like they had been dropped, also ordered cheesesticks and wings. The wings were ok the cheesesticks taste like they had been sitting for a while. We called and told the manager, he was very rude said he would have them remade and sent back out just make sure he got the old 1s and then hung up on me. We will never order from this location again.

I order from here frequently on the Papa John 's app because it is the closest location. The estimated delivery times on the tracking feature they have is surprisingly accurate. Many times, they beat the quoted delivery time, and I have never had them be late.No contact delivery is the best thing ever, I don 't know why it took us a pandemic to figure this out.My only complaint is they seem to get my very simple pizza orders wrong way more frequently than they should. I 'm not picky, I just eat it anyway. But my one extra large pizza delivery ends up being around $30 including delivery fee and tip. I think their batting average should be higher given that price point.Parking: Very small lot, hard to navigate. Probably not a good idea during peak hours. Not the fault of this franchise. They moved in long after the space was built.
