Chick-fil-a - Vestavia Hills

Came in to eat your number 1 combo (chicken bisquit) for breakfast. Employees are very courteous and friendly very professional. The bisquit however fell apart in my hand was very dry, crumbly..had to go get a plastic fork to pick the pieces up in order toeat it. This is my second breakfast time visit here. I'd rather also have waffle fries for breakfast instead of the small roundtater tots. Nothing remarkable about them. Thx for your time if anyone reads this critique.

Do not order Doordash from here, they absolutely do not care if you get your food in a timely manner. They do not pay attention to the DD tablet and when they do it will take 30 minutes minimum for them to get around to making it. When the dasher asks about the order, the thin veneer of politeness quickly turns into hostility. Myself and many other dashers refuse to accept orders from here.

I?m sure these people who work here and own this place are delightful people, but they sure don?t know how to run a fast food restaurant. My order is consistently wrong, or just made poorly. I have attached a picture of some nuggets that looked like they had been chewed up and spit out. They were unacceptably soggy. This chick-fil-a is so slow that I?d rather drive to the location in Hoover, or even go to brookwood mall, park, and go inside and order. Both options are almost guaranteed to be faster.

Shows the worst Chick boot A you will visit. We ordered THE TIME before the app. My daughter felt sick, so we drove through the drive to pick him up. Waited forever because the employee didn't like his employees to leave him alone, so he kept the line. Then get into the window and the order was incomplete had to take up and wait 15 minutes on an ice cone. Every other time I get something like this, it happens

I am out of patience with this location! The fries are consistently cold and soggy and when I ask for them well done, I 'm told We don 't do well done fries. The order is always wrong and it takes an extremely long time. I sure hate that the nearest Chick-Fil-A in Hoover is being remodeled. Hopefully it will be up and running by the Fall. Until then, I will just have to drive to the Patton Creek location if I want Chick-fil-A because I have been disappointed at this location far too many times!!
