I've visited bar 31 four or five times on random weeknights over the last couple of years. Love the layout with the big patio area next to the live music area. Also really dig the coziness of the bar areas. I usually try to be there on the tuesday open mic nights that rick carter does. Not many oppotunities like this around! View all feedback.
If you need a dose of luck, drop by for a spell and bring your smile. I was there for the first time in weeks last night. After a short visit, I smiled all the way home. The owners and employees make remarkable effort to offer a positive relaxing atmosphere. And, of course, the regular loyal patrons are fabulous bar mats. See you soon.
