Pudgie's Pizza - VESTAL

Pudgies pizza is the best pizza compound in vestal. excellent service for food and customers every time I go to their loading.

I initially planned to buy a few slices of pizza, but ended up waiting for a whole pizza with 6 slices. However, when I got home, I was disappointed to find that the crust was almost burnt and some of the pepperoni was dried out.

The delivery driver arrived on time and was very friendly! The pizza was delicious, no complaints at all. Thank you so much!

At a friend's house they made an order specifically told them about food allergies telling them what they cannot have certain items on the order and when it got here everything they can't have was on the order. The allergy warning was on the receipt. When they called to get the problem the manager was very rude and asked if the orders are always wrong why do you always order. Very un professional.

Called Pudgies to report an issue with an online pick up order that was missing ingredients on a sub. Did not notice this until I arrived home. Immediately, without asking, the team member offered to remake the sub and have it delivered at no charge. Customer satisfaction is 10 stars if it would have been allowed. Thank you for a prompt resolution and making it right!
