Very good Pho! I'm from California and love Pho/ try new pho restaurants. We were recommended to Nhu-Y by mouth propaganda. A very nice surprise in Bighamton! Super friendly and helpful restaurant owners! Next time we visit family in Binghamton we will surely be back. View all feedback.
