Dunkin' - VESTAL

It was a rainy midmorning the drive line was really long, but it went smooth I know that the inner part was packed because it was full of cars in the parking lot. But the service in the window was fast and friendly my breakfast sandwich was hot my coffee was wonderful my granddaughter strawberry drink was very good great service very friendly despite the fact that she was so busy everything was perfect

The restaurant is clean and offers quick service with polite staff. However, they don't have my favorite flavor, which is why I deducted a star. I realize this may not be entirely fair, but that's my rating.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin', but for a while, I felt that the employee and customer service had declined, which was disappointing. However, today I noticed a positive change! I was assisted by a very friendly employee, which made my experience much better. I really hope they can return to their previous level of service, as it seems they have gotten rid of some of the issues that previously affected the business.

The service here is usually excellent. However, today, the cashier mistakenly accused me twice regarding one of my donuts. If he hadn’t returned the order and caught the error, I might not have noticed it. He sincerely apologized multiple times and offered either a refund or a replacement donut. I was really impressed with how he handled the situation.
