Super reception service to the top and food is really quality I really recommend this brewery

Located just around the corner from the Grand Théâtre de Verviers, the Brasserie du Vieux Bourg is a charming spot run by the Old Bourg team. This establishment is a great reflection of boss Daniel's efforts, as he has yet to reopen his previous address at Place Verte. The brewery offers a pleasant atmosphere and serves delicious dishes in the traditional style we have come to expect from the friendly team.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Brasserie du Vieux Bourg. The food was exceptional, with dishes such as Ravioles with truffles, foie gras butter, and balsamic shallots, as well as slices of beef on a hot stone with sauces and salad. The service was impeccable, with the staff taking great care of each customer. We used to be regulars at Old Bourg before it was flooded in July 2021. The owner has since found a new location to continue serving us, now located in front of the theater. The ambiance is lovely, especially with the large bar-style table in the middle of the room. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Nothing to say, a table of 17 super well served. The steak on pierrade is tender and delicious. We spent a very good time with the family.

The map is well provided, it was very good, the room is air-conditioned perfect for big heat. The service was a little slow but there were people.
