Quel bonheur d avoir des artistes comme ca sur la région et à vertou on a Stéphane Pasco.Des classiques merveilleux et c est là qu' on voit le talent:un éclair au chocolat à tomber un Paris Brest qui vaut le détour et mon must une tarte à la vanille sur un biscuit sablé merveilleux sans compter tout le reste juste formidable .Paris à Hermé et nous à vertou on a Stéphane Pasco. Un artiste!!!!

Le rendu est toujours impeccable et le goût est vraiment excellent, ça change des gâteaux industriels juste décongelés qu'on trouve dans d'autres pâtisseries... Certes, le prix est plus élevé, mais on a la qualité.Mes préférés : le biscuit macaron aux framboises fraiches, et la buche chocolat caramel cacahuètes.Je n'ai pas encore testé les macarons et les chocolats mais ça ne devrait pas tarder...

There was already a line in front of the store! (this is a sign that it must be good) Well-lit store that showcases its products To my surprise there are only individual portions with around ten choices (surely large portions are possible but on request) A welcoming and funny waiter and waitress. Price a bit high But when we tasted the cakes I know why it's at this price We feel the finesse, the flavor and the work done. We regret not having bought more.
