When we arrived, we were asked in the february whether we had a reservation in the ground floor. terrible first impression. it seems that she would have liked us to be there. but when we went into the first flur. the service was very good and polite. beautiful room, great view. that was delicious. pressée de volaille et foie gras de canard was amazing. coquillettes jambon with comté and truffe noire: super. I really enjoy the experience, but not the recipe we had in the ground.
