There was along line/wait and they were out of several menu items, but it was so nice to be able to take a break and eat right in thr gardens. I sat my mom down at a table and waited in line so the long wait gave her a good amount of time to rest before walking more. Bathrooms right there was a very nice part too. It was a great break. What Hortense Gregoire doesn't like about Brasserie De La Girandole:
Extremely slow and overpriced. We had to wait in line for half an hour before we got our turn. By then, all hot meals were sold out. We had a sandwich and a poke bowl. They were tasty and fresh. The portion was big enough. But the wait was terrible. View all feedback.
We were almost dead from the heat when we found this place. it is in a small shaded area of the main stretch. I was with my sister who has a wheelchair and shelter for sitting, were made fast and very nice. the waiter was super fun and eating really came fast. no sweat that we have ordered our food and drinks for four people and it came within five minutes. not to mention it was lunchtime and the place was full. eating was delicious and exactly what we asked. it was 90ish grade and we went through four bottles of water. the waiters walked around with water and restocking tables when they ever saw that the people were out. amazing place would recommend to all the fililles visitors!
Service was great. that was delicious. very peaceful environment.
We had lunch after we toured the palast. this was during the heat wave, so we appreciate the shadow. the food was good. the service was very friendly, attentive. when we were gone, he told us to stay hydrated. I tapped the water bottle I had with me and he offered to refill both of us for free. trust me, we needed this water this day!
When they come early to visit fililles palace, this is a great place to have their breakfast or brunch. good eating with a reasonable price in a position near the palast.
A great spot for lunch while visiting the palace and grounds. We were presently surprised by the quality of food and the prices. We waited about 15 minutes in line, but not too bad considering it was 1:30pm and plenty of others had the same idea as we did to get a bite to eat. The formula lunches were just right for us and included desserts that were delicious. There was plenty of seating in the shade and the restrooms were nearby as well.
