The person who took my order... read more I recently visited the Culver's in Verona, WI, and I usually enjoy their food. However, my experience this time was disappointing. The person who took my order had processed it multiple times before, but I noticed an error and corrected it on the screen. Afterward, I traveled to another city to visit my 96-year-old aunt, but unfortunately, the food was awful. It was too far to return, so I decided to call and speak with the manager about the situation. When I explained what had happened, she asked if we had eaten the food, which was frustrating because I had already mentioned it was too far to return. She claimed she would send me a gift certificate, but I never received anything. The manager was rude and seemed to assume I was lying, showing no concern for my terrible experience. While I do plan to return to Culver's in the future, I will be avoiding the Verona location due to the poor management and overall disappointing experience.

The fountain drink, condement and napkin and straw island was impeccable and good with everything, even at the height of the noon rush. The dining room floors and tables were also clean and free of garbage and grease or anything you can say, itching .

The person taking my order messed up my order numerous times, but I could see it on the screen so I corrected her, got my order left. I was traveling to anothertown to visit my 96 year old Aunt. The food was terrible, but it was too far to go back. I called asked to speak to theManager. I explained what had happened, she asked if we had eaten the food. We did but it would have been too far too far togo back. She did say she'd send me a gift certificate but nothing ever came. This Manager was RUDE, assumed I was lying, wasn't interested that my experience was terrible. I will go back to Culver's, but not the one in Verona. This Manager isterrible which makes sense, since the whole Culver's experience there was bad!

The fountain drink, condement and napkin and straw island was spotless and well stocked with everything even at theheight of the lunch time rush. The dining room floors and tables were also clean and free of garbage and smears of grease oranything that might make you say yuck .
