I did not try the restaurant but regarding the pizza it is definitely frozen because we asked for a white pizza and we were told that it was not possible and we understood it definitively when it arrived at the table...imposable! Really good trattoria to try absolutely the boiled with the preara
We went (group of 6 people) to Verona a few days ago and by chance in the streets we found this place. The tablecloth and furnishings deserve a prominent place among the ancient relics. But let's get over it. Nothing to exceed on the wait but there was no other people. Food topic: we opted for the lunch menu at €13.90 each: at the price offered maybe something more deserved. Bread not of our times. On the first dishes it deserves a mention the sage not present in the gnocchi defined butter and sage, and in the macaroni mushrooms and speck the main ingredient was the cream (pococotta). Second courses.. What do you mean? All based on pork loin also what seemed to be a chicken cut. We will probably not return there but an inn that despite the efforts and sympathy of the owner, does not reach sufficiency.
I didn't want to read the reviews of other adventurists so I couldn't be influenced by it, very serious mistake! What do you mean? An hour and a half waiting for a slice of polenta cooked to the plate we saw the polenta as they brought a package in the kitchen, clearly it was a precooked industrial product... the Costata without bone with potatoes baked by us in Tuscany is called cans and 14 euros for a slice to the plate frankly they seem exaggerated.. Great consolation to see the same slow service scenes and nervous customers even at the other tables. I'm not going to extend beyond I'm just sorry that a pleasant weekend was also only partially melted by these improvised restaurateurs. Synthomatic the cash sign inviting customers not to be rude...
