The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, with a very nice and ever-present older lady who seems to be the heart of the hotel. The hotel itself is a true gem, impeccably clean and unparalleled. But what struck me most was the attention to detail and helpfulness of the staff, who made you feel right at home. They were ready to accommodate my every request and resolve any issue with a smile and a positive attitude. The staff is like a family, but they were carefully selected and are all very passionate about their work. I'm not exaggerating when I say this hotel deserves 5 stars! It's a place that far exceeds expectations and leaves you with a sense of satisfaction and joy. I highly recommend it to everyone—young people, families, and those with special needs—because they are ready to do anything to accommodate your needs and make you feel at home. I especially want to praise the hotel's cuisine, which is simply delicious and varied. The meals were prepared with care and love, and the service was impeccable. We also had dinner; my partner had good tagliatelle, but the pasta with duck was average.
