However, a number of items we wanted were not available (and given it was a Friday, we would expect the restaurant to have enough to deal with the weekend crowd). We ordered the lobster noodles, but to our disappointment, we were eating (frozen) lobster linguine with pasta sauce (from a bottle) with chopsticks! The hot plate beef was decent but not generous in serving, the off menu 红烧豆腐 （braised tofu) turned out to be tofu rings doused with tomato/Worcester sauce. The special shrimps we ordered turned out to be langostins that had seen better days.. though the right amount of saltiness, the meat was very very little and difficult to peel from the shell (unfresh). Our vegetable dish was also mediocre. It’s the only Chinese restaurant in the area, but that’s no excuse for bad food. Our serve staff was friendly though, and we should have trusted our instincts when we were the only patrons at 8pm on a Friday night

The food as close to authentic as possible a d of you talk to them about actually making the food more Chinese than western they will do that for you too. But seriously, a really good Chinese restaurant with a wide variety of Chinese cuisine and ingredients that they normally use. Plus it is also a good sign when there are Chinese folks earning at a Chinese restaurant outside of China. Highly recommended!
