Mcdonald's - Verona

Big shoutout to Amanda in the drive-thru! She was extremely charismatic and deserves to be the face of the restaurant. I will definitely be returning!

The workers were incredibly disrespectful and they didn?t give us the food we wanted. We didn?t free water. There ice cream was melted and there were no workers in the kitchen.

Soggy fries, luke warm. Burger squashed and probably sitting in the hot tray for a while. Asked for a light sweet medium coffee, got a large coffee, not so light, or sweet. Satisfied my hunger, though.

I was looking forward to trying the popular adult Happy meals, but unfortunately they were not available. Instead, I opted for the spicy chicken sandwich which was falling apart and not very warm. The fries were also not fresh. The service seemed frustrated.

Our experience at the Golden Arches this time was not good. We waited for 15 minutes while the kitchen crew just sat in the back talking to each other and fooling around. When we got home, we found that the soda was flat, the fries were limp or undercooked, and our order was wrong. To top it off, there were no dipping sauces for the chicken nuggets we ordered. We will not be returning.
