I won’t be coming back due to how you have handled the situation with the little girl who won free ice cream for a year. Your employee messed up... doesn’t mean you can’t honor what was won. Take the prize off the wheel if you’re not gonna honor it and make it WELL KNOWN that the wheel is only for rewards members. Your employee should be reprimanded... NOT the little girl.
