Firehouse Subs Vero Beach

I would rate Fireworks two stars. During our last four or five visits, it has consistently taken 20 to 25 minutes just to prepare my husband's order. These sandwiches aren’t complicated to make, so it’s quite frustrating to wait that long, especially when we're looking to take the food to go. Additionally, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Tonight, they made a mistake with my husband's order by giving him a small sub instead of the size he requested. While my husband really enjoys their subs, it's disappointing that the service is so poor.

The sandwiches are not difficult to prepare, so it's really frustrating waiting that long, especially when we want our order to go. Additionally, the customer service leaves much to be desired. On our most recent visit, they even messed up my husband's order by giving him a small sub instead of the size he requested. My husband enjoys their subs, so it’s unlikely we'll stop going, but it’s truly disappointing that the service is consistently so poor.

The working conditions at this restaurant are harsh, resembling modern-day slavery. The staff does not receive the respect they deserve, and there are troubling instances of racism. The managers do not support their employees, allowing customers to speak to them however they wish, which is disheartening to see.

Love firehouse, ordered it through doorstep and ensured that these specifications were checked. No pimples with a sub and no cheese on the other. Our lower parts got us and low, and behold, both had a pimple and both had cheese. I can't eat my lunch now because I'm lactose intolerant.

We bought 3 subs, roast beef and Swiss, Italian combo and a ham turkey fully developed. You were all delicious?
