I visited this restaurant after having a really bad experience at another place in the city. The staff here were among the nicest people I've encountered at a Dunkin' location. My friend and I, who were working nearby, enjoyed chatting with them for a while when it was less busy. They genuinely seem to love their jobs and share the opinion that Dunkin' is better than Dietuck's. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
This used to be the best Dunkin in town. Staff was friendly and they got stuff out quick. Now the ladies are gone, and this bigger gentleman with a manbun just cusses up a storm, throws things around and looks like he hates life. Probably won't be coming back to this location just due to how uncomfortable I feel getting a coffee View all feedback.
While handling a cup for hot coffee, the server put her naked fingers in the cup, no gloves. In this day of Covid! How disgusting!
We enjoy going out. Last night we came to this superb place which friends recommended to us. We spent a lovely time there with great meal and an experienced team and a distinguished chef. We added this restaurant in our list and we will surely return soon. Highly recommended.
Excellent place to enjoy your favorite flavors of ice cream and donuts.
Clean, good service. Late was average at best! Apple fritter was excellent!
