Burger King - Vero Beach

The trans worker they have there has a serious attitude problem. Got mad cuz I said boss man not even in like a gender type of way in my mind. Like dude to me that's not a guy just a human. And then as I decided to just go ahead and order inside I was given attitude and told I should have backed out. After making that decision. I was given attitude the entire time didn't even stop at her window. She stuck her head out the window just to give me a problem. There was a car in front of me. I could not go anywhere. I wasn't even going to say nothing or honk the horn. Her attitude is the reason I acted the way I did. I hope the manager sees this.

The burgers were lukewarm, not cold but not hot either. The food was otherwise as expected. The service was good. The overall atmosphere was average. This restaurant is best for a casual dinner and is affordable, costing between $1-10 per person.

On Tuesday, June 6th around 4:30pm, I visited a restaurant where I witnessed multiple issues. There were 5 people waiting at the counter for food for over 20 minutes. Despite being one of the first to order, I was the 3rd to leave the restaurant. The dining area had a pile of food and trash left on the floor, which I assumed was due to a shift change. The fancy soda machine had no flavors, and there were no napkins or straws available in the dining area. Customers had to ask for even basic items like drink holders or ketchup. The staff seemed disengaged, possibly due to the challenging environment – the A/C made a loud, unpleasant noise and rattled the entire building. The doors were clanking, and architectural fixtures in the ceiling were shaking from the vibration. It became apparent that the loud music and TV volume were to distract from these issues. The quality of food was also disappointing, with undercooked fries and foreign material in the sandwich. It seemed like the food may have been contaminated. Additionally, there was a lack of attention to customer service, as one staff member rudely ignored a customer waiting for ice. Despite these challenges, one young lady made an effort to serve the hungry customers waiting at the counter.

By far one of the most worthless fast food locations I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here about 5 times and never once got the right order or got my food in less than 20-30 minutes. Fast food? Might as well go for a three course meal and still get the food faster than they can put a piece of meat between buns and wrap it in paper. Pathetic Service: Take out
